Yes! With us you enjoy a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee. If you don't like the item, you can simply return it free of charge and get your money back.
Is there a guarantee or warranty for the products?
Every product comes with a 2-year warranty. If your item is defective or no longer works, we will exchange it for you free of charge.
What do I do if the item breaks within the warranty period?
This rarely happens, but if it does happen, please write us a message or give us a call. The item will either be repaired or replaced in Soundmaster's own service workshop in Germany - and it's completely free of charge!
How long does delivery take?
Thanks to our express shipping, your order will be at your home in 1-2 days within Germany. If you order by 2 p.m., we will even ship your order the same day! We ship with DHL.
