The Soundmaster EliteLine PL711SW is more than just a classic turntable: In addition to high-quality analog technology with an Audio-Technica magnetic cartridge system, it offers an integrated USB recording function for PC/computer . This allows you to digitize your records directly and save them as MP3 or other audio formats.

Special feature: Digitizing vinyl records via USB

The PL711SW can be connected directly to a computer via its integrated USB port . The turntable is automatically recognized as a "USB Audio CODEC" and can convert audio signals from vinyl records into digital data.

This is how PC recording works

• Connect the turntable to the computer via USB cable
• Turn on the device – the PC automatically recognizes it as “USB Audio CODEC”
• Start recording software (e.g., free software Audacity )
• Start recording, save the title and export it as an MP3 file, for example.

This allows you to permanently back up your vinyl collection or conveniently continue using it on mobile devices.

Flexible connection options

The integrated PHONO/LINE-OUT switch allows connection to classic amplifiers (PHONO) or directly to active speakers or line inputs (LINE). Additionally, a Bluetooth® receiver function is integrated for playing music from a smartphone.
