The Soundmaster SCD5800SW is a compact boombox with four speakers and an output power of 2 x 1.5 watts RMS. As a special feature, you can activate "LED disco light effects" on the boombox at the touch of a button. This creates an additional atmosphere, especially during darker times of the day. The CD player with CD track programming and CD repeat function supports CD, CD-R/CD-RW, and the memory-saving CD-MP3 format.

With this device you can not only play cassettes but also record onto a blank audio cassette.
It doesn't matter whether you want to record the radio programs you're currently listening to or transfer your favorite music from your USB stick to a cassette via the USB port. You can also use the included microphone as a recording source to record your blank audio cassettes.

If you prefer FM radio, the extendable telescopic antenna ensures crystal-clear reception. To round out the range of features, the SCD5800 also has a headphone jack.

Using the microphone: You can record the music from the CD onto a blank cassette, including the recording from the microphone. The microphone alone cannot create a recording on a cassette. It also works like karaoke as a pure sing-along function.

The device can be operated using the included power supply or batteries (DC 9 V, 6 x UM-2/C 1.5 V, not included).
